Order Acknowledgement
A member of sales team will call you within 24 hours* of receiving your order. The purpose is to confirm your order details, discuss access with you and to determine an appropriate date you would like to recieve your order on. Your order will be scheduled for production following this email.
Delivery Confirmation
A member of our logistics team will contact you directly to arrange a date and time for delivery. We will offer you a 4 hour delivery window on the day of delivery. Once confirmed your order will be scheduled for delivery and picking and packing can take place.
Before Delivery
Your two-man delivery team will call you 30 mins to an hour before your order arrives.
Delivery and Assembly
