Our handmade beds can take between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the delivery postcode.

Delivery and returns

Every order placed is extremely important to us. We want our customers to feel fully satisfied throughout their entire experience with us. It's a small way we can say thank you for your order.

Our delivery days

Deliveries are typically completed Monday to Sunday, 7am to 7pm, excluding Bank Holidays. In all cases, delivery date and time will be agreed with you beforehand.

Delivery timelines

The delivery estimates quoted on this site are not guaranteed but can be used as reasonable expectation on when you should receive your order. We will do our utmost to meet our quoted timescales. Please note that delivery estimates differ according to delivery location.

Our handmade beds can take between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the delivery postcode.

We offer free delivery to all standard mainland UK areas with an estimated lead-time quoted above.

Delivery times are between 7 am and 9 pm. Adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery. Bed Creed is not responsible for any loss, economic or loss of profit or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of the goods.

Deliveries to Scotland and South West England may have longer lead times and we estimate up to an additional 4 weeks for some areas.

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland and Channel Islands

Considering access

It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home.

It is essential that you carefully measure where your furniture will be placed and consider the route our delivery team will take to get it there.

If you have any tight corners, narrow staircases and doorways or any other access related concerns, please email us to discuss.

Receiving your order

Your order will be scheduled for delivery once we have confirmed your order with you.

You will be contacted by a member of our team to discuss a delivery day & availability in your local area and your availability to receive the order.

Customers must be available at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the furniture.

Delivery checks

Every piece of furniture sent out undergoes a rigorous quality assessment and is also re-checked against your order specifications.

Damage or inaccuracies are infrequent but can happen, so we ask that you check your products over after our team have unwrapped and assembled your handmade items. You will be asked to confirm and sign that you have taken receipt of products in excellent condition and according to your specification.

If you're not 100% happy when you inspect them, let our delivery team know or contact us so that we can immediately rectify the issue for you.

We very much like the bed and the finish. The communication with Bed Creed and the delivery service was very easy and professional. The delivery and set up was also very good. Please note, ensure you measure your staircase (if you have one), to allow the head board access. We measured ours many times and it was still quite awkward with only a inch or so to spare. The ceaser bed purchased was better than I could have imagined ! The quality is superb and I now have my own hotel bedroom to sleep in . This is my second bed from Bed Creed and I have to say the quality and service never disappoint. The material is beautiful and the delivery and installation was second to none. I wanted a higher headboard so contacted them via email to see if they were able to do it. They replied within the same say stating it was doable along with my quote which was very reasonable. The delivery of the bed was done within 2 weeks! even with the current situation just the delivery alone would've gotten them a 5 star review but as you can see the product is like my dream come true bed! It is a high-quality piece of furniture that looks modern and very nice. Overall, the bed is absolutely beautiful and of very high-quality. I have no complaints about it. I just need to be careful of my mischievous cats who would love to scratch the upholstered headboard. So, I keep them out of my room and it's not an issue. I highly recommend it.
